Gym in the morning, cycling at home in the afternoon, lying on the sofa with stiff legs in the evening!
Been a good weekend of fitness related work, I’ve eaten fairly well. I visited Tesco today and managed to come away without buying ANY chocolate or crisps! I was amazed! I thought I’d have given in and ‘had a treat at the weekend’ but it never happened! I’m going to keep pushing on and see where it takes me. I’m on a journey and it’s one I intend to complete.
