Over the weekend I’ve done a lot more ‘home based’ working out. I’ve tried to go on my exercise bike daily and am increasing the time and distance I complete with each session. I will make my return to the gym this week, I will. I’m just finding that it’s easier to work out from home at the moment. I am feeling a lot fitter than I was two weeks ago but I haven’t weighed myself – I wouldn’t know what I’d lost anyway as I didn’t record a starting weight. I do feel like some weight has come off though. It could all be in my mind but I feel fitter and a little lighter than I did. Onwards and upwards!
