Today hasn’t really gone as planned. I woke up fairly late, fell asleep downstairs and I’ve just felt lethargic all day – Going to the gym was the last thing that I wanted to do today. After eating some breaded chicken for lunch (not part of my diet plan) I spent most of the afternoon feeling let down because I hadn’t gone to the gym. It got to about half 6 and I thought, if I’m not going to go to the gym then I’ll do some home based cardio. I whipped the exercise bike out and did a 45 minute stint. I tried to keep my speed and intensity up and I feel better for doing some exercise today. I’ve got a little trip to the therapist in the morning and then I plan on going to the gym and getting a good workout in.
I’m sticking at it this time!
