Today I began Week 2 of the LDNM Cutting Guide. Having done the program before, I knew what was coming but I’d forgotten just how much effort goes into it. hanks to notes I made on my phone last time I completed the sessions, I was able to look back at the weights I used over the weeks the first time round. I was pleased that the weight I was using today on most of the exercises was heavier than it was last time round. Yet again I spent some time concentrating on form as I don’t want to get injured (injuries result in me taking weeks off and eating rubbish). I have saved the HIIT element of today to complete this evening so intend to do some cycling on the stationary bike.
