As today was scheduled to be a ‘rest’ day, I decided that doing some light cardio wouldnot only give me some extra calories to play with but it would fill 45 minutes. After surviving for nearly a week, I have to say that I’m thoroughly enjoying being back at the gym. As I said in an earlier post, I haven’t weighed myself (and I don’t intend to) but I am using how I feel as a basis. I’m feeling fitter than I was a few days ago, in my eyes I don’t look quite ‘as fat’ (it could all be in my mind) and I really am starting to have a more positive feel towards visiting the gym and getting back on track. Cardio
