So, after an enthusiastic post the other day, I can confirm very little has happened in the way of actual physical exercise and eating well. It would appear that my ‘cheat day’ has lasted about 3 weeks. I could try and blame Parents Evening at work, but I think I’d just be kidding myself. It’s me that’s struggling – not the workload.
Still…Monday is a new day and, as I have said previously, I’ll be 12stone something this Christmas! Back on the bike and healthy eating as of Monday!
