So both myself and Jock are back on the 2FatMen lifestyle again and I’m absolutely chuffed to bits with the start that we’ve both made! We have both seen losses this week and that is all we can ask for.
I have made a return to carrying my iPhone around with me, counting the calories and making sure everything I eat is noted and accounted for. Granted, this might not work for some people, but I was eating so much rubbish and to note it down was interesting. This week I have eaten relatively clean and not touched crisps or fizzy pop ONCE. This is my usual vice, so to have managed to avoid them for a week has been amazing!
When I stepped on the scales and saw a loss of 8lb I was absolutely elated…I didn’t believe it, so I checked, then checked again then checked the next day as well just to check. I know the weight comes off easiest in the first week so I aim to keep it going with regular workouts at home.
My exercise bike is taking a pounding and I’m loving it!
