Apologies for the recent neglect of the blog, both of the 2FatMen are currently experiencing busy periods in real life which has meant the blog has taken a little bit of a backseat.

I know from texts with Jock that he is currently ploughing through the final leg of his uni work and is almost at the end now, not long to go fella! I have been busy busy with assessments and tying up certain things at work but the easter holidays are upon us and I am ready to devote my time to continuing the 2FM journey to weight loss and increased fitness!
