I’ve got to be honest and say this week has not been a good week for my personal health. I divulged in a few bars of chocolate throughout the week, my dinnertime selection at work is widening again to include things I haven’t touched for weeks but that said, somebody still has a bit of faith in me.
Jock’s words were very much appreciated the other day, I felt really down and a bit fed up that I wasn’t seeing big numbers anymore (all be it my own fault for not exercising) but for my fellow 2FatMen member to be so positive about it all was great and , to be honest, I did enjoy my run out at the football on Sunday.
Just sitting back and looking at the numbers from January and the numbers now is quite impressive, we’ve both seen a big portion of weight go through hardwork and determination. I’ve not seen any loss this week again BUT considering my nonchalant attitude towards my diet and fitness regime I’m chuffed that it’s stayed the same.
I’m hoping for a loss next week, any loss will do! Even 1lb would be progress! I get the feeling I’m going to have to dust down the lycra soon too and get myself moving. It’ll be like a hairier, more disturbing Eric Prydz ‘Call On Me’ video.
