There can be no excuses really, I’ve not been eating particularly well or exercising at all. I was a bit poorly and under the weather over half term so relied on food to keep me company whilst feeling bad. In a bizarre twist of fate though my usually reliable friend of food has only led to me feeling worse because I have’t lost any weight.
News of Jock’s continued success is keeping me sane, at least one of us is seeing the benefits of sticking to it and his steady loss is making me want to get back in the saddle and give it a go. I’m finding the time to exercise difficult to come by, going to work at 7:30, coming home 6/7ish then marking/planning/assessing isn’t leaving much time to get that calorie blasting sorted. It’s barely leaving time for me to sleep in reality! Weekends come and the burst of footballing activity on a Sunday evening only follows a ‘cheat day’ that appears to last the best part of 48 hours.
I can safely say I’m not enjoying it at the moment, slow and stalling numbers are irritating me, I’m irritating myself by not doing what I know I need to do to lose weight…. but I can’t give in just yet…I just can’t…
