At least there was no gain!
So it would appear that the slowing down stage has started. Haven’t lost anything this week but the plus side is, I haven’t gained anything either. Looking back, I can see what has been happening. I have started back on the chocolate. Ok, not in the massive quantities that I used to eat, but the odd Drifter© is sneaking back in. I understand that a little bit of what you fancy is a good thing but I don’t want to undo all my good work so far so as of today I am going cold turkey on the chocolate.
Also, I have a mountain of Uni work to get through and when I’m working I tend to snack…A lot. Have been searching for a low fat substitute to nibble on while I get my dissertation done.
Although the loss has slowed right down, I still feel much much better in myself and there are clothes in my wardrobe that I have forgotten about that are getting an airing again. And its always good when people start commenting that you’re looking thinner.
All in all, it may have stalled a little but I have still lost over a stone in 5 weeks so that’s great. Also, Jordan ‘the Cat’ Emms is offering me plenty of support and his consistent losses are a great motivator.
Lets see what next week holds…
