Hello!

We are 2FatMen…..we don’t claim to be ‘cover model’ material, we’re not ‘hunks in trunks’, we don’t have 300 hours a day to access the gym, we’re not made of money or have magical personal trainers who can nip this and tuck that…………..we’re simply two normal blokes from a Northern town who have real lives to live.

Here we aim to chart some of the ups and down in our quest for fitness and weight loss. We know that the process can be slow, tedious and at times seemingly impossible, but that’s part of the fun! Whether we shed 10 stone between us or balloon to 30 stone each, we aim to keep you updated along the way.
